Welcome to Overbrook West Neighbors (OWN). Keeping Overbrook Safe, Clean & Organized!™ OWN is dedicated to fostering economic growth, cultural enrichment and community-driven development in the Overbrook neighborhood of Philadelphia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our neighbors, enhance commerce along the Upper Lancaster Avenue Business Corridor, encourage investment in BIPOC small businesses throughout Overbrook, support our public-serving institutions and collaborate with the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) serving as the Registered Community Organization (RCO) addressing all zoning concerns.

Since 2018, Overbrook West Neighbors (OWN) has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the Overbrook neighborhood of West Philadelphia. We are here to connect our community to services and resources around housing, safety, education, health, commercial development, and more.
Overbrook is rich with history, culture, and is prime for growth.
Our service area includes 56th Street to the east, 63rd Street to the west, Lancaster Avenue to the north. Lansdowne Avenue to the south.
One of our major focus areas is the revitalization of Upper Lancaster Avenue Business Corridor.
