Neighborhood Community Action Centers
Bringing access to City services in Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and creating a government that residents can see, touch, and feel.
Neighborhood Community Action Centers (NCACs) serve as neighborhood city halls where residents can get help with City-related issues. For example, you can visit a NCAC to:
File a complaint about issues like graffiti, potholes, or abandoned cars.
Find resources and support for your business.
Resolve a problem with a City agency.
Get connected with benefits.
NCACs also feature advisory boards that are operated by community members. These advisory boards identify larger scale issues that affect a district and work with the City to resolve them.
