OWN has provided small grants for home repairs via The West Philadelphia Handyperson Program and share useful information with residents about home ownership.
Community Development
OWN is a Registered Community Organization (RCO) that collaborates with the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) to provide neighbors with information about development projects and an avenue to share their input and feedback.
Services and Beautification
OWN is a hub of information and eager to connect our neighbors with services they need. We also support tree planting and other efforts that keep Overbrook beautiful.
Commercial Businesses
OWN works to attract more businesses to the Upper Lancaster Avenue Business Corridor and throughout Overbrook that will best serve our neighbors and improve our quality of life.
