Educational Philosophy. We seek to open up the world to our students and expose them to all the wonders in God’s magnificent creation. Education becomes powerful when it is focused, significant, value-based, active, and challenging. NLA is a challenging, supportive, and inclusive environment which nurtures spirituality, creativity, positive self-concepts, and ethicial and moral behaviors for all students. Students are encouraged to take control of their learning not only to fulfill a desire for knowledge but also to gain a sense of diversity and commonality with their community and the world. Most importantly is the spiritual knowledge that will help students understand their place in God’s sight, knowing that they can do all things through Jesus Christ that strengthens them.
