To book your appointment, there’s a non-refundable $20 fee. This fee goes towards your total service balance. If you need to reschedule, you can do so once within 48 hours of your original appointment. We’ll give you a 15-minute grace period after your appointment, but if you don’t show up, we’ll apply a $10 late fee to your balance. If you miss your appointment after 30 minutes, it’s considered a no-show.
