Monte Vista Apartments is an affordable apartment community located in the beautiful Overbrook section of Philadelphia. Monte Vista offers 84 apartments for the senior community and 74 apartments for families. Our on-site leasing staff will be happy to assist you with income eligibility requirements and directions on how to apply to be placed on the waiting list.

The housing complex consists of four, four-story stone buildings constructed in 1910, 1915, 1916, and 1921. In 1983, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
