The E-commerce Foundations Series focuses on digital strategic planning and highlights essential tools, software, and resources. It emphasizes engaging with customers through various digital channels, attracting new customers, fostering customer loyalty initiatives, and advancing digital goals effectively.
This series will be offered in person at the Center for Business and Industry on Community College of Philadelphia’s Main Campus, 1751 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
Prep Session for E-Commerce for Small Business will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM. It is strongly recommended that you attend this session if you have a limited background in e-Commerce.

E-commerce for Small Business is a 4-day Series of workshops designed to help Small Businesses as they begin the process of becoming familiar with the best practices of running a business which incorporates e-commerce as a tool. It is strongly recommended that businesses attend the Prep Session on February 6th before taking this series. You must register for the Prep Session independently of the E-COMMERCE FOUNDATIONS SERIES.
